Welcome to Weight Escape – a life-enhancing, transformative 6-week weight and wellbeing programme with ongoing longer-term support. Focusing on self-care as the foundation for good health, the programme is based on my unique 6-point ESCAPE plan to help you break free from destructive, unhelpful habits and replace them with positive alternatives.

Unlike slimming clubs aimed at mass market appeal and focused primarily on a set of diet rules, the WEIGHT ESCAPE Programme is specifically designed for small groups, giving each participant more individual support and encouragement as you address a broad range of wellbeing topics with the core thread of ‘Nurturing Nutrition’ running through the programme.
